John Sanchez, MST, CLTC, is Director of Financial Risk Management for Brandywine Insurance Group and President and CEO of Legacy Income Advisors, a retirement income, long-term care, and estate planning firm, bringing more than 30 years of financial services experience. His career began at the Internal Revenue Service and continued through public accounting and a role as Controller for Coca-Cola in Chester County before he moved into investment management at what are now UBS and Morgan Stanley. He later founded Sanchez Wealth Management and went on to serve as founder and president of a national life insurance brokerage. John and his wife of 30 years, Lisa, have two children and reside in Malvern, Pennsylvania, along with Marley, the golden retriever John answers to. He is a drummer, a frustrated guitar player, and a lifelong Philadelphia sports fan.

Chairman and CEO, Stonecrop Wealth Advisors
Doug is the Chairman and CEO of Stonecrop Wealth Advisors, where he chairs the Investment Committee and serves as the primary advisor to clients, bringing more than 25 years of wealth management experience. Prior to founding Stonecrop, Doug held several senior leadership positions, including Founding Owner, Senior Vice President, Chief Institutional Advisor, and Branch Manager at two other financial institutions. He also practiced law in Delaware for more than 10 years, concentrating on estate planning, business law, and nonprofit organizations. Doug and his wife, Deb, have three children and reside in Wilmington, Delaware, where he enjoys running marathons and playing golf.
